Student Policy

At Klariti Learning, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment for all students. This policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for students enrolled in our programs.

Students must be respectful to instructors, fellow students, and staff at all times.  
Disruptive behavior, including bullying, harassment, or inappropriate language, will not be tolerated.  
Students should actively participate in lessons and complete assigned tasks on time. 

Attendance and Punctuality 

Regular attendance is expected to ensure progress in the course.  
Students should join sessions on time. Late arrivals may impact learning outcomes.  
If a student is unable to attend a session, they should inform the instructor in advance (where applicable).  

Use of Learning Materials 

Course materials provided by Klariti Learning are for personal use only and should not be shared, copied, or redistributed without permission.  
Misuse or unauthorized distribution of course content may result in removal from the course.

Online Safety and Privacy 
Students should use their real names and appropriate usernames for online classes.  
Personal information should not be shared publicly during classes or in discussion forums.  
Recording or sharing of live sessions without permission is strictly prohibited.
Parental Involvement (For Young Learners)  
Parents/guardians are encouraged to monitor their child’s learning progress.  
For young learners, parental supervision may be required during online sessions. 
Technical Requirements
Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection and necessary devices for online learning.  
It is the student’s responsibility to log in to the platform and troubleshoot minor technical issues.  
Disciplinary Actions 
Violations of this policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from the course.  
Klariti Learning reserves the right to deny access to its courses if a student fails to comply with the rules.
